Disclosed is a conductive paste for planar heating elements that has excellent solvent solubility even if a polymer with a crystalline melting point is used as the resin therein, that has excellent specific resistance and PTC properties even with repeated heating, and that does not abruptly lose resistance even when heated above its melting point. The conductive paste for planar heating elements comprises a polyurethane resin (I) with a crystalline melting point and conductive particles (II). In this conductive paste for planar heating elements, the crystalline melting point of the polyurethane resin (I) is preferably 20-100ºC, and the polyurethane resin (I) is preferably one in which at least an amorphous constituent and a crystalline constituent were reacted.
