#CMT# #/CMT# The power circuit has an energy storage (ES1) i.e. starter battery, and an electrical machine (EM) e.g. generator, by which a voltage level is determined. A charge pump (LP) is operated by a changing part of voltage at terminals (G+, GND) of the electrical machine such that another voltage level is produced. A reference knot of the pump is alternating voltage-moderately coupled with a negative pole of the machine. The pump is designed and wired in such a manner that negative voltage potential is generated opposite to mass potential.
