PURPOSE: An evaporator is provided to minimize energy and time for re-cooling by preventing the sudden temperature rise of inner refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator(70) is made by welding a pair of plates and comprises a tube, a tank, an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, and a fin. A first ice storage part or a second ice storage part is formed in a pair of plates. First ice storage material having a first melting point is built in the first ice storage part(20). Second ice storage material having a second melting point is built in the second ice storage part. The first ice storage part and the second ice storage part are alternately formed in the laminating direction in the tube. The tank is connected to the upper and lower parts of the tube(40). The inlet pipe(41) and the outlet pipe(42) are formed in the tank(50). A fin(60) is interposed between the tubes.
