<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a fan, which can be arranged in a limited space and can be operated with a little noise and is excellent in a heat dissipation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sink with the fan includes: an axial flow fan provided with an air intake and an air outlet, whose four rounds are surrounded; a first heat dissipation fin provided at the air intake; and a second heat dissipation fin provided at the air outlet. The air intake and air outlet consist of facing surfaces opened of the axial flow fan.
