<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pump a solvent such as an organic solvent by a gear pump while keeping stable sealing performance and high durability. <P>SOLUTION: As a bearing in an axial direction of the gear pump for the solvent, a rotation shaft 5 is provided with a first bearing member 20 sealing a space between the rotating shaft and a housing on an inner side of an opening 6 projecting out to the outside of the housing 1. Between the rotating shaft and the housing on the outer side of the opening, a second bearing member 22 is provided as a bearing in an orthogonal direction to the rotating shaft. An energizing means 24 is provided in the opening, and the first bearing member is pressed through the second bearing member at all times. Therefore, the first bearing member is face-contacted to the second bearing member and the hosing, and a sealing function of the first bearing member is kept even if worn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
