<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health guidance support system for efficiently giving uniform health guidance to a plurality of health guidance candidates. <P>SOLUTION: The health guidance support system for enabling an instructor to give health guidance to a user is provided with a processor for arithmetic processing; a memory connected to the processor, and an interface connected to the processor. The processor accepts information on a participant, and registers the accepted information on the participant. On the basis of a weight reduction menu with priority order set in advance and the registered information of the participant, the processor selects a weight reduction menu suitable for the participant in the priority order, and presents the selected weight reduction menu to the participant.
