<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus which can represent, in a walk through simulation, a fluctuation of a viewpoint corresponding to a lens wearer's action. <P>SOLUTION: The simulation apparatus includes: a design unit 162 which designs a spectacle lens; a virtual space construction unit 161 which constructs a virtual space; a viewpoint setting unit 171 which sets a viewpoint in the virtual space; an image compilation unit 181 which compiles a basic image representing a field of view at the viewpoint; an intermediate processing unit 182 which processes the basic image in accordance with the vision of a lens wearer, and compiles an intermediate image; a wearing condition processing unit 183 which processes the intermediate image, and compiles a wearing condition image representing a field of view at the viewpoint obtained when the lens wearer wears the spectacle lens, a display unit which displays the wearing condition image; a viewpoint movement unit 172 which moves the viewpoint; and a movement behavior setting unit 173 which sets a movement behavior of the viewpoint.
