<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch card which is formed at a low cost without producing shaving dregs. <P>SOLUTION: The scratch card comprises: a base material; a secret information printing part which is formed directly or indirectly on the base material and in which secret information is printed; and a secret information concealing part which is provided so as to conceal all or a part of the secret information printing part.
