<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video superimposition method etc., that assists a user in learning physical movements. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A video superimposition device 1 comprises photographing means 50-1, 50-2, and 52 which use cameras 4-1 and 4-2 for video imaging; a video information recording/reproducing section 53 which records the captured video images together with shooting-time information, and records identification information and shooting-time information on images displayed during the shooting together with shooting-time information thereof; a video information comparison/composition section 54 that combines the captured video images and reproduced video images on the basis of the identification information and shooting-time information recorded together with the captured video images when information on other video images are added to the captured video images when the captured video images and reproduced video images output from the video information recording/reproducing section 53 are combined; and a video information output section 55 which displays the captured video images or composite video images on a liquid crystal display 3.
