<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a mistake by automating operations for cutting a plurality of types of tubes with different lengths to a target length, and indicating proper identification marks according to the kinds. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of reels 13 for stocking a plurality of types of tubes T are supported on a rotary stage 5, and distal ends of the required tubes T are positioned at a tube drawing position by rotating the rotary stage 5, so as to draw a predetermined length of the tube with a tube drawing device 40. The drawn tubes T is fed to belt conveyor devices 130A, 130B through first and second belt roller devices 50A, 50B, and introduced and accommodated in a basket device 140 from the belt conveyor devices. While the tubes T are conveyed, tube information is printed by a printer 110. When the drawn length reaches a target length, the tubes T are cut by a cutter device 70.
