<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not first product data included in design data can be replaced with second product data and automatically replace the first product data with the second product data based on the determination result. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A library information reflection propriety determining unit 12 determines whether or not a first product can be replaced with a second product based on results of comparison between physical conditions of the first product in library information fetched in the design data and physical conditions of the second product in the latest library information.
