<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which simultaneously satisfies good usability and makeup lifespan inherent in a compact cosmetic and substantivity of fresh gloss and moistness inherent in a liquid or semisolid cosmetic. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A stick cosmetic is provided which comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) Fischer-Tropsch wax, (b) at least one ester wax selected from among candelilla wax ester, carnauba wax, hydrogenated jojoba oil, and cetyl palmitate, (c) a long-chain acylamino acid sterol derivative, and (d), at least one hydrocarbon oil selected from polybutene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, an α-olefin oligomer, liquid paraffin, squalane, and petrolatum and has hardness of 30-120 at 35°C.
