PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations of electric resistance of a transparent conductor under a high temperature and low humidity environment. SOLUTION: The transparent conductor includes a transparent conductive layer 10 consisting of conductive particles 11, a binder resin 15, and carbon nanotube 12.
