PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system ensuring a starting capability of an internal combustion engine, and materializing a high environment resistance and durability. SOLUTION: The fuel supply system 10 supplies main fuel and sub fuel lower than the main fuel in concentration of alcohol into a plurality of cylinders 2 of an internal combustion engine 1, as composite fuel containing alcohol and gasoline. The fuel supply system 10 comprises a plurality of first fuel injection valves 40 individually provided in each cylinder 2 and injecting the introduced fuel to the corresponding cylinder 2, a plurality of second fuel injection valves 50 individually provided in each cylinder 2 and injecting the introduced fuel to the corresponding cylinder 2, a fuel introducing portion 60 introducing at least the sub fuel into the first fuel injection valves 40 and the second fuel injection valves 50, and a switching valve 70 switching the fuel introduced to control target valves through the fuel introducing portion 60 between the main fuel and the sub fuel, wherein the first fuel injection valves 40 is set to the control target valve.
