<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for a rigid frame structure having a sufficient reserved capacity even if an angle brace is fractured, while a reinforcement direction is not limited in one direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A damper 5 is arranged between a large beam 2 and a column 1 with a first joint plate 5a2 bolt-jointed to a lower flange 2b of the large beam 2 while having a second joint plate 5a3 bolt-jointed to a joint section 1g to a damper of the column 1. To the large beam 2, the damper is bolt-jointed using a group of holes 2b1 located at 305 mm from a base line as a reference for arranging the lower flange 2b of the large beam 2 on the column 1. The column 1 is a through-column composed of a square steel pipe whose outer dimension is 150 mm in square.
