<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch switch detection apparatus and water feeding device using the same capable of accurately deciding whether touch switch detection is dependent upon manual operation or waterdrop deposition or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The touch switch detection apparatus is provided with: a touch switch section including a touch detection electrode for detecting a change in an electrostatic capacitance due to a touch of a user and a water detection electrode, adjacent to the touch detection electrode, for detecting a touch of a waterdrop; and an operation determination section for determining presence/absence of user operation based on a detection output from the touch detection electrode, wherein, in a case where it is detected based on a detection output from the water detection electrode that a waterdrop is deposited on the touch switch section, the operation determination section changes a setting of a detection threshold that is a determination reference for determining presence/absence of the user operation.
