<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-size flexible display device capable of reducing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The passive matrix type display device has a first substrate, a plurality of first electrodes formed on the first substrate and extended in the first direction, light emitting elements formed on a plurality of first electrodes, respectively, and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the light emitting elements, respectively, and extended in the second direction to cross a plurality of first electrodes. The first substrate is formed by a first resin film forming a plurality of striped metal wires on a face opposing to a plurality of first electrodes, and each of a plurality of metal wires of the first resin film is electrically connected with each of a plurality of first electrodes. This display device has a second substrate arranged on a plurality of second electrodes. The second substrate is formed by a second resin film forming a plurality of striped metal wires on a face opposing to a plurality of second electrodes.
