<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece dial which has good appearance with shininess and has high durability, and also to provide a manufacturing method for manufacture the timepiece dial, and a timepiece provided with the timepiece dial. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the timepiece dial 1 has: a composite application process for applying a composite containing shiny powder 31 and hardening resin by the screen printing method with a predetermined pattern on a substrate 2, and a resin hardening process for hardening the hardening resin to form a hardened part. The composite has a viscosity at 25°C of 8,000 to 20,000 cps. The shiny powder 31 has an average particle diameter of 80 to 120 μm and is obtained by providing a metallic thin film 312 on the surface of a plastic base.
