<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure by a liquid packing, preventing water leakage even when the liquid packing is deformed by receiving internal pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid packing 24 is interposed between mutually opposed contact surfaces 22a, 23a of a member to be joined. The contact surfaces 22a, 23a are formed with grooves 26, 27 in a predetermined area with the contact surfaces 22a, 23a mutually overlapped in order to surround the inner area of the member to be joined.
