<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle guard device capable of increasing the rigidity of a track and preventing the buckling thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle guard device includes a guard (24) for retaining within an orbit (10), and a vehicle derailed from main line rails (11) having sleepers (12), a guard floor plate (21) mounted on the sleepers (12) and provided with the guard (24), and reinforcing plates (29) installed between the guard floor plates (21) and ends of the sleeper (12).
