The method involves mixing a dilute or concentric perfluorinated surfactant with a chromophore e.g. organic methyl violet coloring material, or a compound comprising the chromophore. An interaction product formed by mixing the perfluorinated surfactants and the chromophore is determined photometrically. The interaction product is transferred into an organic phase comprising aliphatic and aromatic organic solvents. The interaction product of the organic phase is transferred to an aqueous phase with a pH value of about 4 to 6.
