#CMT# #/CMT# The device fastens a stator (3) at an opening (11) of a machine housing (2), where the stator has radially outward flanges (13) at an outer circumference. The flanges intervenes into an inwardly opened recess (14) in a front side of a machine housing (2) in a custom fit manner. The stator is inserted by a headless screw or locking pin (16) and a screw, which are inserted into a radial hole of the machine housing. The stator is clamped at the machine housing in a desired axial position. The flanges are arranged at a distance from each other in a circumferential direction of the stator. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for fastening a stator at an opening of a housing of an electric machine i.e. electronically commutated motor, in a vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device enables adjustment of the axial and tangential movement of the stator using the same components such as headless screw or locking pin in a cost-effective manner. The device achieves scalability, and solvability/separability of the materials to satisfy environment protective requirements or service requirements. The device has less interference field, and avoids adaptation of different materials such as aluminum and steel. The device enables axial adjustability of the stator position, standardization of components, and usage of standard connection materials, and allows increase in the tolerances. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic longitudinal sectional view of an electric machine with a stator fastening device. 2 : Machine housing 3 : Stator 11 : Opening 13 : Radially outward flanges 14 : Inwardly opened recess 16 : Locking pin. |
