摘要 PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring volume and condition of fluid using a carbon nanotube film are provided to improve sensitivity and reduce measurement error by keeping a liquid sensor operated over the specific temperature. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring volume and condition of fluid includes a liquid property data table storage part, a conductance measuring sensor part, and a liquid state output part. The liquid property data table storage part stores a table in which property values of liquid are matched with the variation of conductance. The conductance measuring sensor part including a liquid sensor module(100) for measuring the flow rate and state of liquid at the same time measures the conductance of liquid. The liquid state output part searches for the property value corresponding to the measured conductance from the property data table and outputs property value information of the liquid.
