The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing amorphous combinations of angiotensin II receptor antagonist drugs and diuretics in the form of micronic particles, which comprises placing in a particle-forming vessel a solution with the active principles and a fluid compressed under supercritical conditions, wherein the vessel in which the particles are formed is at a pressure between atmospheric pressure and 10 bar. The invention also relates to the amorphous combinations that can be obtained in accordance with the method of the invention, to the use thereof for preparing solid pharmaceutical forms for oral administration, and likewise to said solid pharmaceutical forms. Said amorphous combinations exhibit good stability and maintain an amorphous state after long storage periods.
