<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with an over-cap which can be prevented certainly from leaking a liquid from an attaching part of the over-cap. <P>SOLUTION: The container includes a container body 1 in which a filling space M to store contents is formed with an annular peripheral wall 1a and a bottom wall 1b connected to the lower end of the annular peripheral wall 1a in one piece and a closing sheet 2 is stuck on a mouth part 1c to maintain the filling space M in a liquid hermetically sealing state and an over-cap 3 which covers the closing sheet 2 to hide it and is fixed and held to the mouth part 1c of the container body 1 attachably and detachably, wherein the over-cap 3 is composed of a top wall 3a to cover the mouth part 1c of the container body 1 and inside and outside double tubes 3b, 3c forming two recesses N<SB>1</SB>and N<SB>2</SB>which are connected each to the lower face and the edge part of the top wall 3a in one piece and opened downward. A flange part 4 which has an annular groove 4a to position the outer edge 2a of the closing sheet by pushing with the tube 3b provided on the lower face of the over-cap 3 and brings the outer edge of the annular groove into contact with the inner peripheral wall of the tube 3c of the over-cap 3 elastically and maintains them in a hermetically sealing state, is provided on the outer wall of the mouth part of the container 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
