<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting inner plug capable of smoothly returning liquid content remaining in the spouting inner plug into a container, and preventing an inner peripheral surface from being stained with the remaining liquid content. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting inner plug 3 attached to a neck part of the container includes a side wall part 31 of an approximately cylindrical shape, a center wall part, a connection part 35 for connecting a lower end of the side wall part 31 to an outer peripheral end of the center wall part 34, and a plurality of spouting openings 36 formed between the connection parts. Ridge parts 40 extending radially from a center part of the center wall part 34 to the side wall part 31 via the plurality of connection parts 35 are formed in the center wall part 34 and the connection parts 35. Valley parts which are held between the ridge parts and extend to the end of the spouting opening 36 are formed in the center wall part 34. Peripherally inclined faces 42 directed downward to the spouting opening 36 and the valley parts are formed on both side parts of the ridge parts 40.
