PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally mount a lower end of a door grip, an armrest lower and an armrest upper. SOLUTION: The armrest upper 2b disposed on an upward shelf 2a-1 of the armrest lower 2a provided in a door trim 1 is interposed between the upward shelf 2a-1 and the lower end 5 of the door grip 3 to mount the lower end 5 of the door grip 3 on the door trim 1 side. A lower end mounting part 5a is projected and formed at the lower end 5 of the door grip 3. By fixing the lower end mounting part 5a to the armrest lower 2a, the armrest upper 2b is held between the lower end 5 of the door grip 3 and the upward shelf 2a-1 of the armrest lower 2a, and a projection 8 on the armrest lower 2a side is engaged with an engaging recessed part 7a of a holding rib 7 ay the armrest upper 2b side.
