摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a mixed solvent of a high dielectric solvent and vinylene carbonate is used in a nonaqueous solution, an oxidation decomposition reaction in a cathode takes place in addition to an original purpose of a reductive decomposition reaction in an anode, because an oxidation decomposition potential of the vinylene carbonate is not high sufficiently, and sufficient characteristics can not be obtained and specifically when a charged battery is stored in a high temperature, preservation characteristics are deteriorated due to a side reaction such as a gas generation in the battery. SOLUTION: Halogen of an electron attracting group, C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>m</SB>X<SB>(2n-m+1)</SB>group and C<SB>n</SB>X<SB>2n+1</SB>SO<SB>2</SB>group (X: Halogen) is introduced to a double bonding portion of vinylene carbonate and a reductive decomposition potential and an oxidation decomposition potential of the vinylene carbonate are shifted to a precious direction and the compound is used after being mixed with a cyclic carboxylate.
