<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a plurality of kinds of tubes different in length into an intended length, and to automate an operation of displaying a proper identification mark for each kind to avoid errors. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of reels 13 in which a plurality of kinds of tubes T are stored are supported on a rotary stage 5, the rotary stage 5 is rotated to position the leading edge of the necessary tube T in a tube pull-out position, and the tube is drawn out by a predetermined length by a tube pull-out device 40. The tube T which has been drawn out is fed to belt conveyers 130A and 130B by first and second belt roller devices 50A and 50B, led into a basket device 140 from the belt conveyers and stored. Tube information is printed on the tube T by a printer 110 while the tube T is carried, and the tube T is cut by a cutter device 70 when the drawn-out length reaches the intended length.
