PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station positioning system in which the positioning of a mobile station with high accuracy can be performed with no increase in the number of calculation or with neither upsizing nor cost increase of a mobile station even if the number of base stations is increased. SOLUTION: The mobile station positioning system includes a correlation calculating section 64 for calculating the magnitude of the correlation value between a spreading code and replica code included in radio waves received by a plurality of base stations 12 on the basis of a predetermined relationship, a correlation value error converting section 68 for calculating an error-related value on a communication error in the wireless communication from a mobile station 10 to each of the base stations 12 from a relationship previously stored on the basis of the magnitude of the correlation value calculated by the correlation calculating section 64 for each of the base stations 12, a weighting matrix generating section 72 for determining a weighting matrix representing the weight of each of the base stations 12 in the positioning by the relationship previously stored on the basis of the error-related value, and a positioning section for calculating the position of the mobile station 10 by using the result of the reception of the radio waves transmitted from the mobile station 10 and weighting matrix in each of the plurality of base stations 12.
