<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability in displacing operation of a blurring correction member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blurring correction unit 100 is equipped with: the blurring correction members 410 and 420 supporting a substrate 301 and made displaceable on a plane orthogonal to an optical axis direction; and a back cover 104, covering the blurring correction members 410 and 420 all over the space where the blurring correction members 410 and 420 are displaced, to prevent inadvertent external force from being exerted on the blurring correction members 410 and 420. Thus, the blurring correction members 410 and 420 are prevented from being loaded, when the blurring correction members 410 and 420 are displaced because inadvertent external force is exerted on the blurring correction members 410 and 420.
