PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing falling of flakes from a structure, capable of reducing surface treatment of an object structure surface, stably ensuring a fixing force with the structure surface over a long period even if the structure surface is in a moistened state or the working environment has a low temperature, discharging leaked water out of a system between the structure and a resin sheet without falling within a tunnel space or under concrete of an elevated bridge or the like, and further reducing the working time. SOLUTION: The method for preventing falling of flakes from a structure comprises fixing a resin-impregnated multiaxial fabric having an opening rate of 50-80%, which is obtained by impregnating a multiaxial fabric with fiber bundles disposed in three axes or more with resin, to the structure through a resin sheet by an anchor. The aperture of the resin-impregnated multiaxial fabric is preferably formed so that 6-13 mm-round bars are passable.
