PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension sub-frame structure of a vehicle capable of increasing the rigidity of a sub-frame while reducing the weight of the sub-frame, and effectively receiving the input load from a suspension arm. SOLUTION: A structure of a suspension sub-frame for supporting multi-link type suspension arms (14, 16), comprises a pair of lateral members (20, 22), a pair of longitudinal members (24, 26), and an inclined member 28 extending in an inclined manner with respect to the vehicle width direction in plan view so as to connect right and left ends of the first lateral member (20 or 22) of the lateral members to an intermediate part in the vehicle width direction of the second lateral member (20 or 22). The right and left ends of the first lateral member are connected to the end (28a and/or 28b) of the inclined member, and a suspension arm supporting portions (50 and/or 52) is provided on its connection part.
