PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor device and an oil pan cleaning device capable of efficiently removing dusts and oil smudge. SOLUTION: The passenger conveyor device 10 includes a step shaft 11, an oil pan 19, and a plurality of cleaning members having a joint part 25 jointed to the step shaft and an abutment part 24 contacting the oil pan. The cleaning members include a dust removing part 21 for removing dusts, an oil removing part 22 having an abutment part 24b constituted by a friction tool and removing oil, and a residual material removing part 23 having an abutment part 24c constituted by a wiper blade and removing a deposit. The dust removing part 21, the oil removing part 22, and the residual material removing part 23 are sequentially jointed to the step shaft with the joint part 25 along a traveling direction of an escalator 12 in cleaning the oil pan 19.
