<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator having improved quality by preventing contact between adjacent wirings and damage of the wirings while preventing the wirings from straddling on protrusions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusions 58 are provided on the outer surface of a wall 57 of an insulator 51.
