PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pull-up diaper without soiling the skin in the periphery of the external genitals or anus with excrement. SOLUTION: A crotch region 6 of the disposable pull-up diaper 1 has a bodily-fluid absorbent part 45 with a bodily-fluid absorbent core material 4 interposed between a liquid-permeable inner sheet 2 and a liquid-impermeable outer sheet 3. The pull-up diaper 1 also has an excrement storage part 31 formed by the inner sheet 2 and an innermost sheet member 120 interposed between the inner sheet 2 and the skin of a wearer. The excrement storage part 31 has a front opening 33 and a rear opening 34. In the innermost sheet member 120, the part 33c forming the peripheral edge 33b of the front opening 33 and the part 34c forming the peripheral edge 34b of the rear opening 34 are opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction A, and a gap 50 is formed by jointing the part 33c and the part 34c each other via a pair of spacers 71 separated in the lateral direction B. Furthermore, a part 36 extending between the part 33c and the part 34c hangs toward the lowest part 6a of the crotch region 6 to form a separator 20a in the innermost sheet member 120.
