The imaging device is characterized by comprising: a lens array (112) having multiple lenses; an imaging element (122) disposed at a prescribed distance from the lens array (112) and having imaging areas which each correspond to one of the lenses; a light-blocking wall (113) that partitions the space between the lens array and the imaging element so that light that passed through one lens does not reach an imaging area different from the imaging area corresponding to that lens; an imaging signal input unit (133) which generates an imaging signal digitized from an electric signal outputted by the imaging element; and a temperature estimator (143) which identifies from the imaging signal the length of the image of the light-blocking wall projected on the imaging surface of the imaging element, and estimates the temperature using the identified length of the image of the light-blocking wall.
