<p>The method involves creating and changing patient instructions by a patient using an online-patient instruction register, where modular text modules support correct creation of instructions that are loaded in an internet database. The instructions are accessed by a medical personal at any time via an identification card assigned to the patient. The instructions are printed by the patient, and a physical document of the instructions is legally signed by the patient. A signature of the patient is verified by identity check-process, and the document is sent to the personal. An independent claim is also included for a database for providing an online-patient instruction register.</p> |
