PURPOSE: An elastic tie band of a disposable diaper is provided, which improves productivity while lowering manufacturing cost by reducing amount of energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: An elastic tie band of a disposable diaper comprises: non-woven fabric which is produced in order to have elongation and contraction elasticity to be used as the elastic body of the tie band; single material elastic melt blown non-woven fabrics(111,112) which are produced by stacking nonwoven webs on elastic polymer in melt blown spinning process; elastic melt blown non-woven fabric which is produced by coating the first plane of the non-woven fabric with elastic film in order to have an elongation and contraction elasticity; and one flexible film(100) which is produced by coating first plane of the elasticity melt blown non-woven fabric with skin material.
