PURPOSE: A steel wire bending device is provided to bend the steel wire by rotating a ring gear with large-scale torque. CONSTITUTION: A main body(30) is comprised of a lower frame(30a) and an upper frame(30b). A rotating and inversing motor(34) is fixed on the lower frame and rotates and inverses a driving gear(33). A planetary gear(37) is installed between the lower frame and the upper frame and meshes with small gear of an idle gear. A ring gear meshes with a pinion gear mounted at outer circumference. A thrust bearing(43) supports the bottom surface of the ring gear and is installed between the ring gear and the upper frame.
