PURPOSE: A fence structure is provided to maintain same intensity as an EGI steel plate fence by embossing processing a connecting space on a panel and attaching the panel and a sheet member. CONSTITUTION: A fence(10) includes a sheet member attached to the frontal surface of a panel. A clamp is combined with the ends of the fences while pressurizing to make the fence connect. An U-shaped protrusion is equipped in the one end of rear side of the panel to make the fence connect. A connecting unit with an U-shaped connecting groove connecting with the U-shaped protrusion is formed in the other end. A protrusion is mounted in one side of the connecting unit to hole the clamp.
