<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module comprising a new light-emitting device of high power, in which a speckle noise can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting module 1000 includes a conductive member 154 and a plurality of light-emitting devices 100 which are stacked with the conductive member in between. The plurality of light-emitting devices respectively comprise an active layer, a pair of cladding layers, and a pair of electrodes 120 and 122. At least part of the active layer constitutes the gain region. The gain region is provided in the direction tilted from the perpendicular line of a first side surface, extending from the first side surface 107 of the active layer to a second side surface 109 parallel to the first side surface in top view. The conductive member is electrically connected to an electrode on the conductive member side of one light-emitting device pinching the conductive member and also to an electrode on the conductive member side of the other light-emitting device.
