<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sheet with a solar cell, which has a good productivity of a molding with solar cell, can facilitate forming of the molding with solar cell, and can form each layer to constitute the solar cell in roughly uniform thickness in three-dimensional shape. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet with the solar cell is arranged in a die and forms a molding with solar cell by adhering to the surface of a molding resin. A transparent conductive film, a metal oxide semiconductor layer, an electrolyte layer, and a conductive film are laminated in the order on one side of a substrate sheet so as to form the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
