<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in packing articles and attaching slips in the part of a package consignor and at the same time to facilitate a payment procedure of a package consignee and to improve a collection rate of the price in the part of a package consignor when packages are distributed using a door-to-door delivery service. <P>SOLUTION: In a notebook slip used in a distribution system where an address label is detachably prepared on a piece of sheet that constitutes a bill of parcels and a payment stub is also detachably prepared aside on one side of this sheet, on the address label printed are the bar code which represents a name, address of a consignee, an alphabetical information of the slip number together with the slip number itself in code conversion, and on the bill of parcels printed are the two-dimensional code which represents the URL information of the Web side for the payment settlement processing established on the Internet by the specific financial institution and a settlement of accounts management number in code conversion, and on the payment stub printed are the bar code which represents the settlement of account management number and the information to be presented for the settlement process including the settlement of account management number in code conversion, and thus those constitute a notebook slip to be used in distribution system and a sequence of numbers which contains a sequence of numbers of the slip number integrally in one piece composes the settlement of accounts management number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
