<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support device, a method, and a program capable of coping with respect to an unknown task in a flexible manner. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether a work document with a description requesting predetermined work has been viewed, based on the document identification information operated by each user.
