<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit and a heat pump water heater equipped with it preventing breaking of equipment due to a construction mistake. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat pump water heater including the outdoor unit, a controller precedently stores a temperature during normal operation in regard to a temperature (a supply water temperature) before heating of a fluid of a heating reception fluid circuit. In the controller, a process of error recognition is carried out when the temperature before heating of the fluid when a predetermined time has passed after starting of a trial run of a heat pump type refrigerating cycle becomes a difference the same or more than a predetermined ΔT1 with respect to the temperature during normal operation, and a process of stopping the trial run is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
