<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damp-proof decorative sheet which has high damp-proof property, superiopr scratch resistance since it can hardly be recessed owing to sufficient hardness, can hardly be peeled even when it is immersed in hot water, and has superior oil resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The damp-proof decorative sheet has a base paper, a damp-proof coating layer laminated on the base paper, a print layer laminated on the damp-proof coating layer, and a surface protection layer laminated on the print layer.
