<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food machine having a structure allowing a user to wash the inside of a door with water without splashing wash water on a floor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This food machine as a vacuum cooling device 10 includes a body 11 which is set with a cooling chamber 12 as a storage for storing food in the inside, a door 13 for opening and closing the cooling chamber 12, a movable drain pan 14 which is set adjacently to the lower side of the door 13 for collecting wash water to be sprinkled when washing a door reverse 13a with water, and a washing gun 17 which jets wash water. When washing, a user draws out the movable drain pan 14 to the limit, opens the door 13, and sprinkles wash water to the door reverse 13a with the washing gun 17 to wash.
