<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that carrying out of quality check on all connection places of a connection diagram, after an electric circuit designer creates a drawing of the connection diagram, by using CAD (computer aided design) becomes a heavy load work for the designer, since the quality check operation of the connection diagram is inefficient and moreover, huge check work hours are required in proportion to the number of pins which components hold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A load of the designer required in the quality check of the connection diagram is reduced, by extracting connection data of the connection diagram as the connection diagram quality data, retrieving the quality data linked to connection diagram quality data which exists in a drawing quality database, based on the connection diagram quality data, and carrying out of numeric display of the qualitative evaluation of the connection diagram based on the retrieved quality data.
