<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively, easily change over to content of various impressions by using a play list and a play list group. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A content-reproducing device includes at least; a play list storage part 62 which stores a plurality of play lists which set digital-content reproduction order; a play list group generation part 43 which selects one or more play lists from the play list storage part 62, groups them into play list groups, and sets still images or moving images, which correspond to the play list groups, to the play list groups; and a play list group storage part 63 which stores the plurality of play list groups. By this, a user changes the impression of the content under reproduction in accordance with his feeling in watching and listening, by changing the play list groups in case that the impression of content under reproduction is to be greatly changed, and by changing the play lists, in case that the impression concerned is to be slightly changed.
